Ok Planning out on a limb i know however dare claim that the title of this blog post is entirely genuine that BPOs are actually among or else Essentially the most overlooked Profit Centers from the Real-estate business.
 
Becoming an experienced REO and BPO Realtor for over 12 years We've ran into many Realtors and Brokers that have said lots of things in regards to the business We are in everyday, Oftentimes I buy retail Agents or Brokers who arrived at me asking how to plunge into the REO business. However i rarely if get someone who asks "How may i start doing BPOs?". Why? Well I am going to dare to convey they just are certainly not that sexy. People want to be the next REO King or Queen but who would like to be described as a BPO agent? Reality is performing BPOs is just generate an income broke to the REO business also to this day the BPO is a huge a part of my offer model.
 
But ok here are what the Objectors say:
 
One time i did BPOs on the other hand only agreed to be tired of running around for $30-50 here and $30-50 there. It is not worth it!!!
 
My response is NOT WORTH IT!!! Seriously??! Would it be worth every penny in case you made an additional $25,000-$100,000+ per year just from your BPO business?
 
Shall we be being serious? What supports those numbers? Fact is My opportunity does. Yes yes it's true daily I process usually over 10 BPOs every day more than 50 every week well as over 300+ monthly. In the end expenses of my system I transformation $5000 30 days net and over $60,000 12 months net from my offer.
 
When we tell me they only want the REO Listings or that doing BPOs is a total waste I truly think that they are not the kind of Agents or Brokers which may have the required steps to really make it inside the default servicing industry. Why? As they are not willing to go to any length to get rid of into or stay in the business. They really want the large checks, they really want the awards from thier toted RE/MAX, Keller Williams or National Brand.
 
What they are missing out on is a large chance to support thier existing businesses and propel thier name in the default servicing industry. My services looking to change which a bit, one agent during a period.
